Being a consultant for more than 25 years, I have come across, more often than not, agencies that lack common courtesy, attentiveness, professionalism, and organisation. Not to mention the classic "I will get back to you soon", that never happens.
From my experience with Regal Cloud, they really do live up to their name. Regal means "fit for a monarch, especially in being magnificent or dignified". I believe Regal Cloud hits all three and should be crowned best agency ever to exist.
