Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Specialist to deliver on-the-job training for our customer’s SysAdmin engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive PowerStore training and Metronode training.
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common maintenance tasks to help the customer manage and maintain their platform at the highest standards.
• Developing and implementing provisioning of storage and zoning procedures.
• Conducting patching, vulnerability management, and upgrades.
• Establishing monitoring and automation processes.
• Preparing Disaster Recovery Runbooks and reviewing security hardening practices.
• Familiarity with PowerStore's security features and encryption levels is essential.
• Prioritizing disaster recovery and offering recommendations for best practices from both operational and security perspectives.
• Optimizing and tuning the PowerStore environment for enhanced performance.
• Experience in PCI/SOC2 environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Dell Data Domains as a backup destination is a plus, especially for candidates with experience in Commvault.
