Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Specialist to provide on-the-job training for our customer’s SysAdmin engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common maintenance tasks to help the customer manage and maintain the platform to the highest standards.
• Reviewing the current environment and recommending best practices from both operational and security perspectives.
• Ensuring disaster recovery processes are prioritized and executed effectively.
• Optimizing and tuning the VxRail environment to enhance performance and security.
