Client needed to complete an Azure to AWS migration and were falling behind on project deadlines. Costs were spiralling and they had not been able to attract and retain the technical talent required to complete the work. Worked with the Programme Director to understand the technical requirements and built them a talent pool of candidates in 72 hours. Worked with all parties to draw up SOW’s and agree timescales for project milestones. Assessed all requirements for IR35 and drew up SDS for agreements. Team of 6 onboarded and delivery started within 10 working days. The customer now has a clear, defined timeline of the project scope and is now looking at engaging Regal for future projects with other parts of the organisation.
