The Challenge

The client needed to onboard a team of 30 Cloud engineers over a three month period and were struggling with capacity in the existing TA team.

The Solution

Using our Cirrus product we embedded two TA’s to the clients internal team. Both resources worked solely for the client for a three month period. During this time they liaised directly with the Hiring managers and HR contacts coordinating interviews, offers and feedback.

Summary

28 engineers onboarded over a three month period. £8k saving per hire compared to 20% (industry standard for high end tech roles). The success of this project means we are now discussing another similar project for Q3 this year.
